Facelift / Laser Study

We are currently enrolling patients in a study to evaluate new laser treatments. Patients undergoing a facelift or mini-facelift are eligible if they have never previously received laser treatments to the face. Modest compensation will be provided by the sponsor of the study. If you are a patient scheduled for a facelift or mini-facelift, please inquire about your eligibility. If you are a new patient, please call 650-340-7200 to schedule an evaluation.

Love Handle Study

Dr. Newman and his staff are screening patients to participate in a study to evaluate the effects of freezing fat tissue and having your body clear the damaged fat tissue. In order to participate you must be a male aged 18 or over and in good health.

You are excluded from participating if you have had prior liposuction in the abdominal waist or flank area (love handle area) or if:

- You receive any type of subcutaneous injections of medications in this area.
- If you are a diabetic or have an impaired immune system you cannot participate.
- If you are participating in another clinical trial or research protocol you cannot participate.
- If you are interested, you will need to come in for a screening visit and review the study protocol
and informed consent documents.

There will be no cost to you to participate and modest compensation will be provided by the Sponsor of the study for each of your study related visits.
